Home Care for Orthopedic Surgery

 
Our goal is to help orthopedic surgery patients achieve and maintain their maximum level of independence and wellbeing. By providing the appropriate therapy, education and skilled services, patients are able to safely remain in their homes once home health is no longer required.

Home care is appropriate for:
  • Any orthopedic surgery that requires skilled services
  • Recent hospitalization
  • Unable to function outside the home without the aid of another person and/or assistive device.
  • Exacerbation of an existing orthopedic condition or onset of a new issue
